An off-specification batch of diesel does not just fail a test — it causes engine damage, breakdowns and costly downtime. This is why we treat quality assurance as our most fundamental business obligation.
Mandatory certification for all motor fuels sold within EAEU member states including Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. All KNPZ motor fuels (gasoline and diesel) are certified under this regulation.
State-level quality assurance for all product categories. Each product line is certified to the applicable GOST standard: GOST R 51105 for gasoline, GOST 32511-2013 for diesel, GOST 22245-90 for bitumen, GOST 10585-2013 for mazut and others.
Our in-house laboratory is accredited by the Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology. Accreditation confirms the technical competence of our test methods. No product is released without laboratory sign-off.
For non-mandatory product lines, KNPZ maintains voluntary product certification providing additional quality assurance for buyers seeking documented third-party confirmation of product compliance.

Every KNPZ shipment is accompanied by a complete documentation package meeting the requirements of Kazakhstani customs authorities, EAEU import procedures and international buyers under letter-of-credit or bank guarantee payment terms.
