What is the minimum order quantity?
KNPZ operates on a bulk-supply basis exclusively. We do not offer small-lot or retail sales. All transactions are conducted in large commercial volumes — supplied by pipeline or rail tank wagon. Please contact our commercial team to discuss your volume requirements and supply schedule.
How is product shipped?
All KNPZ petroleum products are shipped in bulk — via crude oil pipeline or standard rail tank wagons (cisterns) on the Kazakhstan Railways (KTZ) network. We do not ship in flexible tanks, IBC containers, or road tankers. Both own-account and customer-provided rail cisterns are accommodated.
What certifications do your products carry?
All KNPZ motor fuels (gasoline and diesel) are certified under TR CU 013/2011, the Customs Union Technical Regulation mandatory for motor fuels across all EAEU member states. All products are additionally certified to applicable GOST standards. Every shipment is accompanied by a product conformity certificate and quality passport from our accredited Chemical Analytical Laboratory.
Do you supply arctic-grade diesel?
Yes. We produce arctic-grade diesel with operability down to -50°C, suitable for extreme winter conditions in northern Kazakhstan and other cold-climate operating environments. We also produce summer-grade (to 0°C) and winter-grade (to -35°C) diesel. Seasonal grade availability may vary — contact us for current stock.
Can you supply via rail cistern?
Yes. Rail cistern is our primary bulk delivery method. KNPZ has direct KTZ rail connection and loads standard rail cisterns for bulk product shipment across Kazakhstan and for export. Rail supply is suited to large-volume industrial buyers and export customers. We handle both own-account and customer-provided cisterns.
Do you export outside Kazakhstan?
Yes. KNPZ supplies certified petroleum products for export to EAEU member states (Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan) and Central Asian markets via Kazakhstan Railways. Our TR CU 013/2011 certified motor fuels qualify for intra-EAEU trade without additional certification. We provide full export documentation including certificates of origin, customs declarations and SMGS rail waybills.
What payment terms do you offer?
We offer bank transfer (T/T), advance payment and letter of credit (L/C) terms for export transactions. Domestic Kazakhstani buyers typically transact by bank transfer against invoice. Long-term contract buyers may qualify for credit terms subject to credit assessment. Contact our commercial team to discuss terms for your specific situation.
Are product samples available?
Yes. Product samples for new client qualification purposes are available on request. Sample quantities and logistics are arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our commercial team specifying the product and your intended application.
How long does a quote take?

Do you offer long-term supply contracts?
Yes. Long-term supply agreements with defined delivery schedules and price stability provisions are available for high-volume regular buyers.
